Damaris Mose DNP, MSN, FNP-BC is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree from Delaware State University in Dover DE USA.
After working with hospice for about a year, she attended Wilmington University in New Castle, Delaware USA and obtained a Master of Science Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
After graduating, she practiced in the field of Pain Medicine. Focusing on providing patient-centered care through individualized treatment plans to optimize patient’s lifestyle and improve their quality of life.
She later went back to school and attained her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Frontier University, Kentucky USA.
Since graduating, she has been working as a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner where she develops and implements clinical plans of care for adult patients with chronic and terminal illnesses. She partners with the care teams to direct and facilitate the care to support patients, families and the physicians who treat patients that are facing chronic illnesses or a life-threatening illness.
Damaris enjoys singing, reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
